MISSION
The Self-Care Corner aims to expand access to high-quality mental health services through online and tele-therapy, improving your mental health and overall well-being.

The Self-Care Corner values diversity, providing services to individuals from all backgrounds and walks of life. We work collaboratively with our clients, teaching them the tools needed to succeed both in therapy and beyond. Therapy is viewed as a partnership where therapists offer insights and strategies, and clients contribute effort and trust, working together to achieve the client's goals.
We have clinicians specialize in working with children, young adults, adults, couples, and families navigating challenges such as grief and loss, life transitions, depression, anxiety, trauma histories, relationship concerns, ADHD, and more.
